This and it's twin came with the collar I posted earlier and is of the same style. These came from Leather Etc. like the larger cuff I posted, however unlike that pair this pair works better as a piece of jewelry and based on it's size and design I believe that's it's purpose: to be cosmetic and not but into actual use as a restraint. Too much of a chance of it breaking if enough force was applied and I kind of strong for my size. Sometimes. XD
