Well, here is part 2!

It would seem Scarlett wasn't satisfied with the job Jessie was doing with training the new slave on the block, Manji. So, she decided Manji needed an example of a proper demonstration of how to be a slave and how a slave should be treated. However, Scarlett needed a volunteer to help her out with this and since Manji was going to be observing the demonstration that left only Jessie to assist Scarlett. He didn't exactly get a chance to actually volunteer or voice his protest as his hands were tied behind his back and a ballgag was slipped and fastened into his mouth before he could have his say on the matter. Scarlett continued to bind the girly fox boy until he was good and helpless with his legs tied together and his wrists and elbows secured as well. Once he was secured, Scrallet tied Manji down to a chair so she could observe the proper way to be and treat a slave.
Scarlett then proceeded to put Jessie into a strappado to increase the difficulty of his bondage as well as put him on display for Manji, so she can take in every detail of Scarlett's lecture on "Proper BDSM Etiquette". This of course included teasing and taunting the crossdresser like tugging on his restraints to increase the strain, prompting a whine sounding like a mixture of arousal and frustration. Manji appeared to be quite receptive to the demonstration as Scarlett appeared to be enjoying playing teacher.
Now that he was already restrained Jessie had a feeling wasn't going to be getting free anytime soon, especially if Scarlett decided to extend the duration of the curriculum. Chances are it was going to be a long night. Good thing Jessie was used to this sort of thing.
