"I'm a dancing, fighting cheergirl!"
For Halloween this year, Jessie wanted to dress up as his favorite character from the Nintendo 3Ds game "Project x Zone", an RTS featuring memorable characters from Capcom, Namco/Bandai, and Sega franchises. Jessie had an assortment of characters to love, but he fell for the red-headed protangonist, Mii Kouryuuji:

Missing from the costume are Mii's weapons, a tall rifle/shogtun combo called the Dragon Jewell and a machine pistol called the Purple Pot Pistol.
However, Jessie wearing Mii's other signature weapon, a pair of boots with a shogtun in the heels, called the Tiger Heels. However, Jessie's boots are just for show. Jessie also made a couple personal changes to the costume by adding his signature choker and a new pair of leather wrist and ankle cuffs to semi match the bracers Mii wears.
Admittedly Mii is a bit of an obscure character, created specifically for the game and surrounded by beloved and memorable characters. But Mii really stood out for me and I fell in love with her spunky attitude and cheerful demeanor. She reminded me of Jessie and I'm sure Jessie felt the same. So it felt natural to have him dress up as her for his/my favorite time of the year, Halloween.
It was also natural to have Jessie get a pic with the person who knows how to best represent him on paper,![:iconscarlett-the-red:]( "Scarlett-the-Red")
Scarlett did an awesome job with the costume and capturing Jessie being cute and sexy in this stunning outfit.
